Creamy Medjool Honey Gollash

Here's a really great dessert whether you want one portion
for yourself or to make something for a group of people. You can freeze
them and take them one out individually and they're so satisfying in
terms of flavor and crunch. The raw medjool honey from
@booshthebeekeeper is thick, creamy and makes a great syrup
substitute.

Ingredients:

300 grams ricotta
3/4 cups grated halloumi
1/2 cup of white chocolate


2 tsps vanilla
1.5 tsps Boosh medjool honey
E roll of phyllo pastry
Melted butter
1 jar of Boosh medjool honey (used as syrup)

زبدة ذائبة
١ برطمان عسل مجدول بوش (يستخدم كشربات)
