Creamy Medjool Date Steak Salad

A steak is one of the better things in life and once you
know how to cook one well, you can use it endlessly in salads, salads
and appetizers. Here's my steak salad that's a full meal and one that you
won't regret making for your guests or for weekly meal prep. 004


Dressing:
2 tablespoons Creamy Medjool Honey
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:

200g of halloumi, grilled
1 cup of air-fried pumpkin
1 cup of cooked beetroot
1 pack of mushrooms, cooked


1-2 sirloin steaks
1 tablespoon of oil
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
2 cloves of unpeeled garlic
Salt and pepper to taste


Croquant
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of medjool honey
Salt and pepper to taste
