Ingredients:
* 1 ¾ cups oats ( I used jumbo flakes)
* 1 cup pistachios
* ⅔ cup cranberries
* 1/3 cup coconut flakes
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* Pinch ground nutmeg
* 1 tablespoon orange zest (optional)
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
* ½ cup of BOOSH Clover honey
* 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 1 cup pistachios
* ⅔ cup cranberries
* 1/3 cup coconut flakes
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon ground ginger
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
* Pinch ground nutmeg
* 1 tablespoon orange zest (optional)
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 1 cup creamy natural peanut butter
* ½ cup of BOOSH Clover honey
* 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions:
- Dry ingredients: toast your oats , nuts and coconut flakes for 20 minutes
- Warm the honey and peanut butter in the microwave, then top with vanilla and spices
- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl, top with cranberries, then poor the wet ingredients and stir
- Place in a 8 inch pan, then place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars.
